Cloud Sales Manager/Director
Requirement: A smart aggressive person who will work hard to drive business and create a profitable long term position for themselves, with the ability to grow into management career. You would work directly for the owner of the company who would tutor you on the essential skills. An ideal candidate would quickly expand responsibility and the intention of growing into the management of the sales organization.

Position: Cloud sales manager/director
Compensation: Initially this will be paid hourly and will be part time. Hourly pay will be 14 Euros per hour. A candidate showing good skill can move to a full time position where a blend of salary and commission can generate 60,000 to 150,000 euros annually.
aiScaler provides a software solution to customers available on three cloud platforms, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Centurylink.
Our software provides Web Acceleration, protection from DoS attacks, Traffic management and OTT web Video scaling.
This position is a sales oriented and requires a person who is comfortable talking to customer. We have engineering support, but it is important that you understand the fundamentals of web sites including three tier architecture, hosting, and web application to a degree that you can converse with a client.
Each of the three clouds has programs to create demand with in their customers. In additional all three have Application stores where customers can select and purchase software directly without human interaction.
The challenge is to understand the internal sales structure of each cloud provider, to communicate clearly our value proposition and manage the relationship between partner sales organization and individual clients as they make their purchasing and technical deployment decisions.
An ideal candidate will learn all technical and business case aspects of the software, concentrate on building a relationship with the sales and technical teams within the cloud providers and follow-up diligently with individual customers.
A support engineer will be provided who will handle all technical aspects of configuration and deployment. A system will be put in place where progress on required tasks and metrics for success will be reported weekly. A customer relationship management system is in place to track the progress with customers and cloud partners.
A commission will be paid in the amount of 10% on the growth of customer revenue from pervious year.
When revenue support it, additional sales will be hired. It is the intent to have this position grow to be the manager of a global sales team.
